Morning Workout Accountability

How did you do? My run sucked this morning, I don't know if I'm coming down with something or just had an off day. I finished it but I felt like crap during and after. Hope your workout was better!

  • I ran my 4 miles this morning.  It was ok, I was a touch slower than usual, but only by about 10 seconds per mile, so it was fine.
  • Today was my first day to get up and go work-out.  It didn't do off as planned but I still exercised and will be going back tonight for a zumba class.   I feel proud!
  • This morning was my morning off but I'm doing No More Trouble Zones tonight! Then tomorrow morning Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred!
  • I woke up kind of late today...but still fit in 30 minutes on the Elliptical. :)

  • Super proud of myself for pushing out an hour and a half workout with a really annoying head cold. Trying on my dress tomorrow, I couldn't afford to skip it!
  • FI had to get up to catch is ride to the airport for his bachelor party weekend at 4:30 this morning, so I did not get a good night's sleep.  That caused me to miss my morning workout.  I WILL, however, do it tonight, and I WILL get up and run tomorrow morning.
  • Hi Everyone!!I just happened to be lurking and I noticed this post which made me very excited!! My fi and I just went on our first morning workout this morning and are hoping to keep the trend going.  We're both trying to lose weight so we're trying to keep the other in check and motivated.  :)

  • This humidity is kicking my butt...never thought I would be hoping for a thunderstorm this summer! I got up and did No More Trouble Zones, thinking, silly me, that it would be a little easier than my normal run in the humidity.  Not only was I still drenched, but clearly it has been awhile since I have done it last because I am not going to be able to move tomorrow :) At least it is done and I don't have to work out this afternoon!

  • Let's just say my morning workout didn't happen! The alarm clock went off and I couldn't wake up! I slept like crap last night I had too much I wanted to get done, needless to say I only slept about 3 hours. I will go for a run tonight on the treadmill tho!

  • I took the morning off. I was going to take the day off but now my sister has said she wants to walk with me later. I would take it easy but her walking is faster than my jogging. The sad thing is she is 8 months pregnant and I will have to run to keep up with her.
  • As hard as I try, I can't make myself wake up at 5am to work out so kudos to you guys that can! I went to the gym during lunch today, but really need to find time to do my strength stuff if I can't get my fat a** out of bed any earlier than usual!
  • Wide awake and got 5 miles in quick before work.  It was great!  I bought new shoes and was very excited to try them out.  They made such a huge difference!!!
  • My workout wasn't that great either my allergies are kicking my butt.  I biked 6 miles with no trailer.  Then follow with a mile walk.
