Getting in Shape

Guilt set in the second I woke up...

I had been doing pretty good, not perfect, but better then usual about what I was eating (snaking on almonds instead of cheese its, not eating anything after dinner ect.) until yesterday. I need to find a new dress, I lost so much weight the alterations on my dress would be in the $500 range, and they discontinued it and have no smaller ones :( I have an appointment on Sunday to hunt again, so I allowed myself a cheat day, so I wouldn't "cheat" all week and look good trying dresses on. I usually weigh myself Monday mornings at the gym, I think I am skipping the weigh in today.

  • I'm confused: I need to find a new dress, I lost so much weight the alterations on my dress would be in the $500 range, and they discontinued it and have no smaller ones :( So you've lost so much that alterations are going to cost an extra $500? Instead you're buying a whole new dress? Sorry, I haven't had a lot of coffee yet, maybe my reading comprehension hasn't turned on yet...
  • Sorry is should have specified... they are letting me exchange my old one for a new. No new costs.
  • This should be exciting! Shopping for a new dress after yourweight loss!!
  • Okay, I see! That should be exciting, but I'm sure it's stressful too. Good luck finding a new one! Hopefully you'll have a lot of new styles available to you that you might not have even tried on last time. I'm sure you'll find something you love.
  • I am really excited! The original plan was to have a beach DW. Although I LOVED my dress, now I can have a ball gown like I always pictured myself in.
  • Kagkiki11 - I just noticed your dress pic in your siggy pic above and I have to comment. It is absolutely gorgeous!
