Good morning ladies!! I am back from vacation! I am both happy and bummed about that, but that's ok. We had a great time, went to about 7 different states, did about 2,000 miles of driving, and ate a ton of crap. I'm ready to get back to eating healthy and working out. I ended up only running those two times, but whatever. Who really wants to work out on their vacation?? I only gained about a pound after all. My friend wants to do a 5K with me on the 29th, so I'm going to start getting ready for that tonight! I hope everyone here stayed on track and are right on schedule. I see a ton of new names, so I hope to be able to get to know all of you!Let me know if anything happened while I was gone that needs to be addressed.
