BridalCo in Allen question

I ordered my wedding dress and my bridemaids dresses from there and we were given dates for when they were supposed to come in. Now, 5 weeks after my dress and 7 weeks after my bridesmaids dresses are supposed to be here... They STILL are not here...  Has anyone else had this trouble and if so, what was the outcome??

Have you spoken to anyone there? Have they extended the estimated delivery time? I would call, then actually GO there to see what the hold up is. They should have been proactive in contacting you to advise that the dresses are behind schedule, but anything over a week or two deserves daily follow up. Five and seven weeks, respectively, is absolutely inexcusable unless they have already advised of a later than normal delivery. I would stay on them until I received the dresses.

I don't have any personal experience with them, so I can't help in that regard.

We ordered my BM's dresses from there and they told us up front that it would be X amount of months before they came in because of the Chinese New Year but they were on schedule and our dresses were in on time.

I ordered my dress and the bridesmaids dresses from there and didn't have any problems.  I would call or go up there to see what the issue is!  Hopefully you get them soon!

Thanks, I've called and spoken to the manager but no one has ever called about the delay, which is my only issue.  I'm just wondering how long I need for alterations and such!  Hopefully they'll get here soon.

depends on who you are using for alterations but I used Becky Fowler and she can do "emergency" alterations if she is available but  but normally you start the process about 3 months out.
