Getting in Shape

Shred Level 2

Well Ladies...I just finished level 2 and feel as though I am going to collapse!!  I know I felt  like this after level 1 but I hope it gets easier fast!!!  Anyone else on level 2?  All the plank stuff just about did me in!

  • Yup!  I'm on L2 and moving on the L3 soon...it def gets easier but it never felt as easy to me as L1 eventually did.  I agree with you, the plank stuff makes my arms feel like spaghetti
  • I felt L2 was the hardest out of all the levels! GL!
  • I'm new to this board, but I'm on level 2, just increased to high intensity. It still really works me though.
  • IMO L2 was by far the hardest, especially transitioning from L1.  It definitely gets you ready for L3!  The plank work really strengthens your core by the end
  • I just did level 2 for the second time, I'm with you, it's definitely harder than level 1!

  • I am thinking I may stay on level 2 longer than ten days...I am so sore!  Oh well it is all worth it!!  I can tell a huge difference in my jeans from last week already!
  • Hi -  I'm new to this board.  I had been doing L1 for a little more than a month when I got ambitious one day and decided to do L2.  Holy Cow!  I can't imagine what L3 is like.  Anyway, I'm back to L1 b/c I had taken a couple of weeks off from working out due to a backache.  My wedding is in 10 weeks, so I'd really like to get up to L3 before the wedding.  How long did it take you girls to move up a level?  TIA!
