Friday P90X Accountability

So, I'm going to try to do Kenpo today since I didn't do it yesterday.  I slept better last night than I have the whole week, and I actually feel like a fully alive human this morning.  Hopefully this is a good sign, and I've just been sleep deprived.Have an excellent Friday!

  • Today was going to be lazy but I had mentioned to my husband that maybe after I made dinner we might need to go to the gym (I can't STAND the thought of not exercising for 3 days). Well...after dinner, he has his workout clothes on! I usually have to harass him (even though he's thinner than me...grr). So, he went to the gym for an hour of cardio and I did Core because I had my stomach. My diet wasn't doing too horribly today but then I made homemade meatballs tonight with whole wheat spaghetti and fricking Pilsbury bisquits. The bisquits are the DEVIL. I ate 2 and i could have eaten them all. I just feel like i'm on carb overload and very bloaty today. Hopefully I'll get some good eating and working out on my 3 weekdays off next week.
