Candy Buffet

I saw a wonderful idea on tv last week for a candy buffet at a wedding! I found a local vendor called Sweet Dreams Confections, my appointment was today and I can't wait to see what she comes up with for my wedding!! Her website is sweetdreamsconfections.weebly.com, if anyone is interested.

I totally love the idea!  We plan on having a candy buffet at our wedding!  I've already started collecting the cool jars to put the candy in!!

I did a candy buffet and it was a big hit.  You don't need to pay a service--you can easily do it yourself.

One post, joined in 2008 and her bio said her wedding was 3/10/10.... I feel like this is a vendor.

I agree with Stephie, you don't need to pay a service.  I'm sure the service is crazy expensive.  I collected all the jars and will be buying the candy in bulk and even that it pretty pricey, I couldn't imagine paying someone to do it.

I figured it was a vendor immediately....most new knotties don't come on here and rave about a service on their first post hahaha

    Hello MsLaura31 ,

Thanks for the detective work; however, my wedding was re-schedule to 2011 due to medical reasons. I just thought I would share exciting news since I am just getting into the swing of things. Now I see I made the wrong choice and will be removing myself from the Knot, I don't need this negative energy.

I'm sure that the girls weren't trying to be negative, your post just wasn't typical for a newbie.  We have alot of vendors that come on, post something about their business pretending to be a bride, and there were a couple consistencies that the girls noticed with you.  We work very hard to stay vendor-free.  :)

Please stick around - you'll see that we're a fun bunch!
