Getting in Shape

Need inspiration;)

Hi Ladies!  I was on the GIS board last year and lost about 25 lbs before my wedding last July.  After the honeymoon and my hubby getting laid off, I have not been able to get back into the groove and ended up gaining back 10 of the lbs I previously lost!!! I never met my goal weight but would like to loose about 30 lbs before the end of the year.  Can I get some inspiration from some of you success stories out there to get my butt in gear?  Also since hubby has no job right now, I cant afford the gym, so any outdoors workout ideas would be great!THANKS ;)

  • You can do it.. Dont let yourself gain more.. I know for me I love to just get my shoes on and take a long walk or run.. .. Get some excercise, park farther away at stores.. take the stairs.. the little things matter.. you can do it. try watching your calories.. you can try a site like sparkpeople.com or something to track it.. You can do it.. post here for motivation too.
