2 lbs down since Monday!!!

I've been walking on the treadmill with a nice incline as well as a power walk since Monday. I just weighed myself and as of today i am 2 lbs down!!! WOOOHOOO!!!

  • I'd like to know what incline you walk on, as well!  And speed?  Because I do the same, usually about 3.3-3.4mph at a 12% incline for 45-50 minutes, and I haven't lost a pound!  And I'm watching what I eat, as well!

  • Well each treadmil is a little different, as far as mine, I have it on 10 for the incline. The normal level is 1.5, and 3-3.5 mph. I also eat no more than 1100 calories a day. I'll be honest, as far as the calorie intake you feel like you are starving yourself for about 2 weeks until you get used to it. I have also cut out all sugar which I've noticed a big difference on that as well. If I need sugar or feel like I need something sweeter I add Truvia to it because I feel it tastes better than Splenda or Equal. If you like soda switch to Diet. As far as any other food or drink you can basically find them all sugar free. That too took some getting used to but I see now it's worth it. Another trick I have been doing is drinking a bottle of water if I start to feel hungry. There are several brands of flavoring for water (crystal light, propel, etc) that have no calories or anything in them to help out with the bland water taste. Hopefully some of these tricks help you guys out! Good luck!!!
