  • Morning All! B- total and honeybunches of oats with milk and strawberries L - fettuccine alfredo with tuna D - light pizza with chicken sausage, mushrooms and peppers S - apple or apple sauce and baby carrots? E - I'm hoping to get 30 min. on the elliptical and maybe 15 min. on the bike

  • Last night was bad...we went out and I splurged.  Oh well...I am off today, so I will make up for it with a really good work out! b-egg white frittata w/ham, broccoli, salsa, RF cheese, special k w/1% milk, coffee l-soup and sliced cucumbers s-greek yogurt d-baked chicken wings with salad e-running (3-6 miles...see how it goes), upper body weights

  • B - Special K cerealS - Light and Fit yogurt, Kashi cereal barL - Spinach salad with hardboiled egg, cheese, and FF dressingS - Soy Joy bar, grapesD - not sure, I might be going out with my friend visiting from Cali.E - bike 40 minutes (to and from school)
  • b- bananal- salad with four shrimps- chocolate mousse, hot chocoalted- salad, half a roll, potatoes, green beans, fish Ice cream and brownie, one dirty shirley temple e- 30 minutes on treadmillI went home for the weekend and ended up being taken out for two meals today :o) At least it involved two salads!Also, my mom took me shopping and I bought pants and a blouse one size smaller than usual. Not that I lost weight, but I feel more comfortable wearing the clothes that properly fit me!
  • B - none, slept in and by the time I was up and ready to eat it was closer to lunch time =)L - turkey sandwich, goldfish crackers, granola bar, diet cokeD - baked chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and white wineE - 30min on stationary bike
  • b - kashi cereal, skim milk l - veggie soup with parmesan; edamame; banana s - luna bar d - rainbow roll, miso soup s - cold stone sinless cake batter ("like it") w/ reeces mix-in So clearly the Cold Stone thing was a horrible idea.. it actually had fewer calories than I expected, but still. Mistake! That's why it's a bad idea to go have healthy sushi for dinner with your girl friends and merely mention the words "ice cream". Next thing you know, you're at Cold Stone! ;-) Tomorrow will be better.
