I don't know how many fans of Texas Country we have around here, but Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie is doing their spring opening next Friday and Saturday, April 13 and 14. On Friday, Randy Rogers Band is doing a concert after the races, and on Saturday Gary Allan will be giving a concert. Admission is $5 before 9pm on Friday, and $5 before 5pm on Saturday.
If you've never been to the races before, it's pretty fun, even if you don't gamble. The weather in April is usually gorgeous too
I haven't decided yet if I'll be going both nights or just Saturday, as I love Randy Rogers and have seen them at least a dozen times, but FI swears that if I don't see Gary Allan I'll regret it.
So is anyone interested in making this a G2G? FI and I would be going but he's OOT and I really want to go but don't want to go alone!
