Wednesday Accountability

Morning. Halfway to the weekend! So tired today. Didn't make it to the gym yesterday. I slammed my hand between a door and the wall and couldn't use my right hand. I can move it today since the swelling went down. So going to the gym tonight!

B- muffin top, banana
S- chobani
L- soup, grapes and half a tuna sandwich
S- string cheese, apple
D- lean cuisine

E- gym after work

  • I don't normally have more than just my travel mug of coffee in the mornings, but I've got a cup of Starbucks Via infront of me.  It was needed today.  So.tired.

    B: chocolate/banana/PB shake, coffee, oatmeal chocolate chunk cookie.  Yum.
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: ancient grains wrap w/ spinach, tuna, avocado and balsamic vinaigrette
    S: carrots and hummus
    D: vegetarian tacos.  I'm sort of excited.  Which reminds me, I need to find some corn tortillas.

    PW: mixed berry protein shake

  • I feel like I need some sbucks! My cat slept on my bed last night, and she woke me up at 1:45 throwing up on it. So when I moved to go sleep in my FI's room, she insisted on sleeping on top of me for the rest of the night... I didn't sleep much :\\

    Fell off the wagon last  week got the flu (YUCK). But back this week, trying to get back in my routine and struggling. But I KNOW I can do this!

                                              S: None Today
                                              L: Salad/ celery & peanut butter- sliced chx for protein
                                              S: TBD
                                              D: Humpday BBQ

                                   E: Full Body Mat Workout

  • B: Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Crunch (1 Cup) + Organic unsweeten soy milk (3/4 cup)
    S: Fresh fruit salad (Apples, strawberries with pecans and some raisins) 3/4  cup
    L: Brown rice and Grilled Chicken
    S: 2 cups of cubed cantaloupe.

    Debating on what to do at dinner.

    E: 20 mins running/interval training + 35 mins of resistant training all in the a.m.
