Summer Challenge Kickoff!!!

It's the first day of summer, so it's time for our summer challenge. We'll do weekly check-ins on our progress. Challenge ends on 9/22.

Here are the points:

1 point for meeting a daily goal
7 points for meeting a weekly goal
31 points for meeting a monthly goal
100 points for meeting a summer goal

Everyone can have up to 3 goals, (we want to keep it manageable!), plus one bonus summer goal. With the exception of the bonus summer goal, they can be any combination of goal types.

  • You can do it - just an affirmation everyday that you're going to do it!  The holidays were terrible for putting on extra weight.  I have to loose 15 lbs. now 10 lbs.  I know, I know, some are saying - big deal 10 lbs. but that is alot for me - I'm small framed and only 5' so to be 15 lbs. overweight is alot. Undecided
