    Have fun crabbing today!! I loooooooooove crab, it's probably one of my favorite seafoods. I couldn't live without seafood, I'd lose my mind.

    b-peach Chobani with 1/4 cup Bare Naked vanilla granola
    s-an orange and some jalapeno white cheddar popcorn
    l-Ready Pac southwest chicken salad (290 cals) and sf strawberry & goji berry Jell-O cup

    Hey all - been off the wagon a bit this week due to the holiday and being sick, but I am trying to get back on it today!

    B- Cereal, skim milk, berries
    S - Protien bar
    L - Grilled chix sandwich, baked potato
    S - Protien bar
    D - Either eggs or leftover chix, whichever strikes me later!

    E - Going to the gym not sure what I will get in.  See how I feel, maybe just the bike to take it easy??

    B - NO COFFEE! (I am supposed to cut out caffeine and today is my first no coffee day....) Blueberry Morning cereal w/ skim milk

    S - ice cream (we are having an end of the year icecream party at girl scouts today, but i'll skip the extras)

    Going shopping tonight for a dress for our engagement photos next weekend. I wish I weren't so stressed over it, but between just finding something that fits & still not really liking getting my picture taken, I'm in such a funk. Boo.

    My FI and I went to breakfast with a friend today. I ordered the one that was the least amount of food (but I ordered a side of gravy because I REALLY wanted biscuits with gravy). It's been a carb heavy day.

    B - Two eggs (scrambled), breakfast potatoes (baked), one biscuit with gravy
    L - Turkey sandwich with one slice of pepper jack cheese and tomato, on my homemade burgur wheat bread. Side of cantaloupe and pineapple.
    D - Homemade pizza with pineapple.
