RSVP from Knot Website

Has anyone else had problems with people not being able to RSVP from your Knot website you created?  I logged in to mine and tried to RSVP with my moms name and brothers name and it said "no results found"  Why is this happening?  My invitations say " please RSVP to www.theknot.com/ourwedding/...." If it doesn't work I'm going to be pretty upset!

    I didn't use the knot for RSVP's so I may be totally off here, but have you entered all of your guests names into the Knot's guest list manager?

    If not, then I'm guessing that is what they are coming up as "Not Found".

    Double check spelling on all names, if they were spelled incorrectly in the manager, the names will not be found. I have heard from a lot of people that this tool failed them this way, though.  I was looking forward to using this as my way of RSVPing and decided against it after reading bad reviews.  If you have a wedding website, maybe try to post something on there about if it fails, they can RSVP to your email and/or by phone.
