Down 7 Pounds!

I am soo excited!! I have lost 7 lbs! It feels so good! i almost died when i saw the scale! It is definitely extremely motivating to see the numbers on the scale change in a positive way.

Isn't it great? I'm down 13... but I can't tell in the mirror. Others have approached me about it, though, so there is obviously something I'm not seeing. Keep up the great work!

I cant tell either! my friends mom had pointed it out to me the other night and it made me feel so good!
