Tramp!

And by tramp, I mean trampoline.

If you have a trampoline club nearby, I'd definitely suggest checking to see if they have any Adult Recreational classes. It's honestly the most amazing workout. It's great for both cardio and strenthening muscles (I'm always SO sore the day after)!

Most importantly though, it's a blast! It's so much fun just bouncing around and learning to do new tricks! I use the term 'tricks' lightly - I'm nowhere near being able to do flips or inverted tricks. ;)
