I have been tracking my calories for about a week and a half. I have been shooting for 1200 (according to myplate, that would put me on track to lose 1.5 lbs. per week.)
When I first started, I was hungry all the time. Now not so much. Is this bad? Those of you who have counted calories, are you still hungry like in the beginning? Should I increase my calories? I haven't weighed in yet this week, so not sure if I have lost what I should, but I feel better.
Edit: If I do extra activity that day, I eat the calories I burned. I am spreading my calories through out the day. Eating healthier choices instead of smaller, junky food.
