Ladies,
I am getting married on September 17, 2011, 2 months away. aaaahhhhh. I lost about 10 pounds in April. Then my maid of honor, chilhood BF, suddenly passed away. I became very depressed. And gained it all back and can't seem to stay focused enough to get back on the weight loss train, I really need to loose 30 pounds but understand that isn't going to happen in 2 months. It takes time. I have a gym memebership but my work hours are 6am-4:30pm and then the 2nd job at 5pm-8:30pm. By the time I get home going to the gym is the last thing on my mind. I know there has to be someone else out there in a similar situation. I tried WWpp on-line and didn't care for it. Should I try a fad diet? What do you think? Help me. Please.
