New lowest weight!

Down to 151! It's probably been...three years? Four maybe? Since I was at this weight. I feel so thin! And I'm almost in the 140s! It is hard not to get a little sad thinking about what weight I would be at if I didn't gain/not lose for 6 weeks, and then spend another 6 weeks getting back to where I was before thanksgiving. I could be almost at my goal if I hadn't gotten so off track. Instead I had to set a new goal. But that's okay. I'll get there. And if not, I still look awesome in my dress!

  • Congrats!  Everyone gets off track from time to time.  The important thing is that you got back into the routine.  You'll be in the 140 before you even know it.
  • Congrats! The important thing to focus on is that you did lose weight and that you are happy with what you've accomplished. Anything from here on out is bonus!!

    Congratulations, that is amazing!  Don't beat yourself up too much with your little setback, just look where you are now!  It's no use dwelling on things that have already happened.  Keep up that great attitude about your dress and I'm sure you'll meet your goal.

  • Congrats on your milestone!  Don't get too caught up on the number on your scale.  Muscle is denser than fat.  A fit size 6 weighs more than a skinny-fat size 6.  You should measure yourself too, since your waist/hips/etc. could be shrinking even when the scale doesn't budge.  Best of luck reaching your goal!
