So I bought the book and have finished about 3 chapters. It makes a ton of sense. But I was wondering if anyone has embarked on the journey yet. I need to lose about 40lbs to get to my goal weight. I am starting to be very active, the activity is the easiest part. The eating is what gets me. I have been doing better this past month, but I need more guidence. So I ordered the book, and a lot of what he says sounds just like me. Just curious to hear experiences.
