    aww that really sucks, lmark. do you think he'd be allergic to siamese-like cats? they have less allergens in their skin/saliva i've heard. also, girl cats produce less of the allergen people are allergic to. i'm slightly allergic to cats too, but as long as i keep her clean and brushed and stuff, im fine :)

    I gained a bit this week but I totally expected it. I was sick, didnt go to the gym, and didnt eat good. Gotta do better this week.

    Good news-I tried on my dress for the first time on Friday and it was actually a little big!
    Bad news-I ate horribly all weekend.  Woops!  Back on track now.

    I'm new to posting here (see my newbie post).  I've been on and off WW for 3 years, and gained and lost the same 15 lbs!!  Time to take it off again before the big day.  I WI on Tuesday mornings with FI, and am currently all out of flex points for the week.  Also, I'm not eating my exercise points.  Oh, and I'm vegetarian :)

    I weighed in last Thursday and I was down 1 Lb... 1 more to go for my 5%...
    I'm going to pass it this Thursday! I think I finally understand, I have to set 22 pts days same meals and stick to it until I lose what I want, and then mix it up..
    I've been trying to make new things and eat different each day.
