Fab Ab February - Day 6

Yesterday was a rest day/catch up day -- on to today
25 sit ups
7 push ups
20s plank

FI is sick -- so I'm on my own for this one today -- he'll have to catch up on our "rest" day!  I can't believe how much harder a sit up is over a cruch -- I could cruch all day -- those 25 sit ups are NO JOKE! :)
