Ok I'm not talking that crazy Master Cleanse lemonade nonsense... however I was wondering if any of you have ever tried a cleanse out to jumpstart your diet. You know, one that doesn't require you do something that is obviously unhealthy for your body to begin with.
Now before anyone tries to bash me for trying to "lose weight" solely from a cleanse, I'm not. I just have heard that before starting any new lifestyle change (i.e. changing eating habits, incorporating exercise, etc) it is good to cleanse the body of all the toxins and bad stuff that may have me feeling bloated and sluggish to begin with.
Also- I have heard aloe and apple cider vinegar are great in small amounts each day. All I know is that acv tastes really bad, but it really helped get things "moving" (sorry to be blunt). Thoughts on that?
Suggestions for certain ways to cleanse or reasons to be against it?
