So I lost all my bookmarks when I switched jobs.... grrr.

I'm trying to help my Brother and FI with photographer recommendations.  They are trying to stay under $2k for the day.  I was going to recommend SixFourteen.  But there are so many other awesome photographers that y'all have used, but I don't know what their prices are.  Can y'all help so I can show them a few options?

I also loved the pictures that one knottie had up of her engagement session.  However, I can't remember the knottie or the photographer.  The pictures were at the Dallas Aquarium and she was wearing this cute black dress.

I am pretty sure McGowan starts around 2k they are right around the same price as sixfourteen.

Most of the other blogs I stalk I am sure are above the 2k mark.  Evan Godwin and Stephanie Brazzle have been recommended and used a lot by some the of the upcoming gals.

McGowan starts at $2K minimum for wedding coverage only, no portraits sessions or albums included.  I still love SixFourteen for that price point.  K&S maybe?--I didn't love them so much before but they have grown on me as of late.

I love the McGowan's, but I thought I read that in her blog they have filled up their wedding sessions for the year.  But maybe that was just the first half of the year.  I'll pass their name along, because I agree they do awesome work.

Both Evan and Stephanie are under 2k. Last I check Stephanie's prices she was about $1275 which included an e-session or bridal session. I think one of Evan's is $750 and you get a lot with his too.
