Getting in Shape

Not an ad, I swear: Need protein and energy right now? Coffee protein shake recipe

Coffee Shake recipe my trainer posted (with my modifications)

2 scoops Chocolate or Vanilla Protein (I used vanilla)
5 oz of water or unsweetened almond milk
3 oz chilled coffee (I actually dumped 8 oz of a black iced Dunkin' Donuts coffee in)
4-6 ice cubes
1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter (I used peanut)
(I also ended up adding Truvia because the protein I have is unsweetened)

Heather, I think it was you that asked me about switching the apple sauce for pumpkin pie from that other shake. I did that and it was pretty good, but not as good as I thought it would be. It might have been me not putting enough pumpkin in it though.
