Who's got 2 thumbs and is wearing size 10 jeans and a medium sweater? This girl! Woot. Back in January I was in size 14's and XL's. Today is a good day.
B: overnight oats w/ natural yogurt, almond milk, blueberries, raspberries and banana, coffee w/ skim milk

L: spinach w/ chicken, black beans, chick peas and 1/2 an avocado w/ balsamic viniagrette
S: red pepper and hummus

sausages and veggies on the BBQ.
E: rest week still. I might run through the warmup for FBB though.
