Monday Accountability

Who's got 2 thumbs and is wearing size 10 jeans and a medium sweater?  This girl!  Woot.  Back in January I was in size 14's and XL's.  Today is a good day.

B: overnight oats w/ natural yogurt, almond milk, blueberries, raspberries and banana, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and string cheese
L: spinach w/ chicken, black beans, chick peas and 1/2 an avocado w/ balsamic viniagrette
S: red pepper and hummus
D: sausages and veggies on the BBQ. 

E: rest week still.  I might run through the warmup for FBB though.

    d-FI is going out so I'm not sure...I think leftover pasta and pork with a salad.

    e-60 minutes elliptical and weight lift for 30 mins or so. I'm trying to get a good work out in since FI wont be around and I didn't do too well this weekend!

    B- 1 egg, light english muffin, 1 slice cheese, coffee
    L- its crappy here today so maybe a bowl of soup and small salad (need to go groocery shopping!)
    D- grilled chicken wraps
     -Hoping to throw a couple healthy snacks in there as well.....

    E- HIIT and tri's and bi's

    Getting back to regular eating habits this week.  We have been eating out WAAYY too much these past couple of weeks and my pants are telling me to stop!!!  Back to cooking regular meals and bringing lunches.....wish me luck

  • B- Kashi cereal, skim milk, 4 strawberries

    S- Peach

    L- PBJ whole wheat bread

    S- Grapes, Greek Yogurt

    D- Sausage Peppers and Onions on the grill

    Water 48+ oz plus 4 cups green tea

    E- Either a 3-4 mile walk or Day 2 of "No More Trouble Zones" Jillian Michael's if I can muscle it up 2 days in a row

    B- pecan spin (horrible, I know but I woke up late and it was the only thing I had time to grab. Wish FI wouldn't buy those things. )

  • Yay Raynes, congrats!!  I literally cried in the middle of a store the first time I tried on a L and it fit.  My DH was pretty confused, but happy for me, lol. 

    B- Kashi cereal, 1% milk, 100 cal pack (ran short on food/time this morning!)
    S- Forgot it.  Boo.
    L- Leftovers- beef tips and rice, apple
    D- ?  Possibly leftovers also, italian sausage soup.  Aka, italian wedidng soup, minus the spinach. 

    E- Hopefully at least 45 mins at the gym.  I have a doc appt to discuss my back pain again, since the flexeril and NSAIDs aren't working.  I hurt my back badly enough in HS to require PT and know the drill- core exercises, heat pad, no heavy lifting, etc.  It's not working, and it's been a month.  I'll whine about missing a month of prime kayaking weather.  :-/   /rant

  • WOOHOO for Raynes!!!! 

    I have a really back sinus infection and swollen on the left side so have been only able to eat soft foods.

    B- a small slice of pumpkin pie, but only the filling since it is soft.
    L- micro meal
    D- chicken and some veggie

    E- might have to wait till I feel better to do exercise. I also have to go for my fire house physical tonight:(
