Shake Weight works wonders

I had my wedding three weeks ago and I had to share with everyone how well the shake weight worked to tone my arms. My sister gave me the shake weight as a gag gift at my Bachelorette party a month before our wedding, and I though I might as well use it while I had it. Let me tell you, it is actually a really good work out for your arms! I mean, yeah, people will make fun of you if they see you doing it, because it looks so ridiculous, but who cares! Just keep it in the living room and pick it up a few times a day, the work will pay off.Laughing

Re: Shake Weight works wonders

  • It really is a great gift for a Bachelorette party, because I was a little nervous about what was in the box when I picked it up! It was part of a gift from my twin sisters who were my maids of honor, they couldn't believe I actually ended up using it. But it works! With most dresses, your arms are probably what is shown the most, so I put a lot of focus on them.

  • I guess it won't work for everyone then....... You do have to have strong arms to be able to do it for long periods of time. You are correct in that it isn't very heavy, this is resistance training equipment!

Ok i think i need to get one. I've bin debating about it for a while now. Had heard from a couple people that it really does work. But still I was on the fence about it. I guess it wouldn't hurt to just try it out! Thanks for posting this! You look beautiful in your wedding photos!!! :)
