Small Triumphs!

Hey everybody, I just attended my second WW meeting and I lost 3.8 lbs. during my first week. Just thought I would share that with you guys. It's a cool little success and makes me excited to continue. Instead of rewarding myself with a burger, I went to the mall and did some shopping. What do you ladies reward yourselves with when you do well?
