I have a 5K tomorrow, so I am telling myself that my terrible slacking this week has just been "tapering."

B: Cheerios, tea
S: dried fruit, string cheese
L: Roast beef and swiss on ww, cut veggies, (baked) potato chips
S: Crackers, hb egg
D: homemade whole wheat pizza with sausage and mushrooms, salad

E: AM: Easy 6 miles with dad (and sister, she's visiting!)
    PM: off
