Getting in Shape

havent been excersing in 2 weeks but

I am the same weight which shocks me b.c I havent been paying attention to what I have been eating. But I started today exercising and it was harder than the first time I started ea active. hopefully I have some will to keep it up

  • Stick with it!  I've taken small breaks intentially and not intentionally and it's always hard when you first start back.  The key for me is to not get discouraged and to try and stick with it, and be as regular as I possibly can with the workouts.  GL!
  • I know the feeling! I've been in the gym 3 days a week for the past month and have actually gained weight! It is super frustrating! I guess I need to watch what I eat a little closer. I've been eating those low calorie meals for lunch... I dunno...
    I'm just going to keep with it and hope it finally starts going down... I think it might be that I'm building more muscle... ugh.
