Getting in Shape

Tomorrow...

I will try Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workout. 

I'm nervous!!! I did the complete cycle of 30DS, but before that never exercised a day in my life!  And she is a beast!  That workout was only 25 minutes and it kicked my butt every time.  This one is is closer to an hour.  I'm wondering if I'll make it!

Any words of wisdom/encouragement?
