HI all my name is Ellen and I am newly rngaged we are planning a long engagment so i can fconcentrate on my schholing as well as planning. I really want to shed all of the baby wieght I packed on a another baod suggested I try here as well any advice would be very welcome.

    A lot of us are big fans of calorie counting on web sites like myfitnesspal.com or sparkpeople.

    We always suggest that you food log (My Fitness Pal, Spark People, Livestrong, etc. are all great sites. Most people here are on MFP) and that you join in on the daily accountability thread.

    What are your overall goals? I know you said baby weight, but that means a specific weight goal or measurement goal or bf% goal? 
    What are you currently doing to work towards that? 
    What are you going to school for?

     I am wanting to loose around 100 pounds. i know its a lot but I do have 2 1/2 years till my wedding( his idea i would have settled for a year and a half)  I did make an acct of MFP . as for what im doing to work towards it. I am taking hydroxycut hardcore for women and making sure to always take the stares at school. I really do not have an excersies plan yet as I am not sure what i can do inside and with ahving to watch a toddler.  i am in school for nursing so its pretty demanding and stressfull. i know one of my biggest problems is that i forget to eat thbroughout the day or find myslef grabbing  something from the veding machine inbetween classes.  what are the daily acountability thread?

    The daily acct thread is when we all post about what we ate and did the day before and what we plan to do that day. We give inspiration and motivation and kick your butt into gear if you need it.

    I am a huge fan of pintrest work outs because they are short but effective. I have a video of a full body work out you can do in four minutes. Its small stuff like that through out the day that helps big time since you have a toddler.
