OK, so I am having trouble getting motivated to get back in shape. For the past month or so I have been saying to myself "gotta work out today," and have been putting it off. I refuse to go dress shopping until I lose some weight and tone up. I just don't know how to get myself motivated. How did you ladies get motivated? and what kind of workouts are you doing?
