Good morning!!! today is my Friday so I'm pretty happy about that!! :)
B- light english muffin, eggs, 1 slice cheese, coffee
S- apple
L- leftover turkey burger from last night
S- maybe a kashi bar
D- grilled chicken wraps

E- HIIT and shoulders

  • 3 day week?  Jealous.

    I finished NROL4W last night!! Woooo!!!  Now I'm sore.

    B: overnight oats w/ almond milk, vanilla ff yogurt, blueberries and 1/2 banana, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: spinach w/ chicken, feta and greek salad dressing
    S: red pepper and hummus
    D: Gorgonzola pasta thingy.

    E: rest WEEK!

    B- 100 cal bagel, low fat cream cheese
    S- yogurt
    L- healthy choice meal, apple
    S-granola bar
    D- smart one with lots of extra veggies

    E- hopefully do a work out dvd tonight after work.

    So I utterly failed at any type of workout last night. ugh.

    Anyways.
    B- bagel and cream cheese w/ pumpkin spice coffee
    S- grapes
    L- smart ones
    S- chobani pineapple
    D- caesar salad

    E- 2 mile run, kettlebell 15 min
  • I am a little late...but still wanted to post

    B:  Choc/PB protein shake (yes I drink this EVERY morning...but I do not get tired of it)
    S:  homemade protein bar
    L:  red pepper, zuchinni, and grilled chicken
    S:  Choc chip cookie (but I only had 1 :) 
    S #3:  fiber one bar
    D:  probably gonna skip dinner tonight

    E:  a.m. pilates
         p.m.  Kickboxing class
