Back on the wagon...

Been MIA for awhile, I hit my first big goals in June and stalled. Maintaining has been fine, but I want to do better. I am now going 30 days (going to make it a habit) without added sugar. Also dropping high sugar fruits and veggies for awhile. I am still keeping starches out of my diet, so this will definitely help me sleep and feel better!
Thanks to you ladies and my success partners I know I can do this :)
