I have gone 2 solid days of sticking to my work out plan and eating right! Today I had a pizza for lunch (mozzarella cheese, brussell sprouts and mushrooms on a mini whole wheat tortilla) a strawberry spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. I refrained from eating the delicious Mexican food a lady at work makes for the whole office daily and from bailing out of my work out, even though I REALLY wanted to just go home and sleep.
I feel really good about today and hope to not treat it as a diet, but a lifestyle change!
