Hello, welcome to Thursday.
I was so tired when I got home from work, but I eventually made myself go run. I felt a little slow, but the weather was so nice so I ended up running 3.5 miles. I was getting all sorts of annoyed on the path though, since the nicer weather tends to bring out all the people who like to walk in groups and I have to pass them every few minutes it seems.
I'm lifting tonight (lower body circuit) and spending some quality time with the elliptical.
How'd everyone else do?
