So I have a smaller build, and maybe I have taken that forgranted. I really haven't cut back what I eat...maybe had smaller portions and I usually always have water to drink but nothing really special. Then, I was getting dressed this morning and for the first time in a long time (for good reason) and I noticed the dreaded LOVE HANDLES!!! OMG where did those come from?! Even worse I got dressed into a cute top that was a little tight. (Im usually wearing scrubs and the are always baggy so..) and then I saw it...my muffin top!! Double wammy!!
Now I know that I could do a gazillion situps or other ab moves and my muffin top wouldnt go away. I would have some super strong abs but you're not gonna see em until you get the fat off ie my muffin top. So Im just wondering is there like ab cardio that will take care of my muffin top and love handles? I know that traditonally with plain cardio/weight training people loose weight from the head down and feet up which makes those middle areas last to go...grrr
