Godd morning all

B- 2 eggs, light english muffin, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
S- greek yogurt
L- grilled chicken salad with red win vinagrette, toasted pita points with homemade guacamole (made it for the first time yesterday...came out awsome!)
S- grapes
D- turkey stuffed peppers with salad

E- back and biceps, 30 min bike or elliptical

    Yay Wednesday.  One of my carpool buddies has to be be home early today, so we get to leave work half an hour early, which means I can get to the gym half an hour early, which means I might be eating dinner before 8pm tonight!  Woo!

    B: PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: plain ff yogurt w/ protein powder and pecans
    L: grilled chicken and cherry tomatoes on mixed salad greens w/ caloriewise creamy poppyseed dressing
    S: 1% cottage cheese w/ whole unsalted cashews
    D: Pan Seared Fish, salad, maybe some rice or pasta

    E: Stage 2B Workout 2 of NROL4W - since this stage is 4 workouts of each 2A and 2B, I'll be halfway through Stage 2 after today!

    E: BFBM dvd. Will also be stretching all freaking day, thanks to it.

    Happy Happy Hump day!

    B - Multigrain cheerios w/milk and yogurt
    S - yogurt & carrot sticks
    L - tuna on a pita with carrots and cucumbers...or maybe a salad with grilled chicken & a pita.  I can't decide!!
    D - It's Wednesday...so we're heading to mom and dad's as per tradition dictates. (Yes I know most families do Sunday but we're weird like that)

    E - I'm so glad it's a rest day...I decided to grab a trainer at the gym yesterday.  She kicked my butt.  And it hurts!!!
