Wedding is in 5 months...I have had a problem getting motivated as well! Today I am starting a no-carb diet. I am going to eat fruits and veggies still, but no bread, potatoes, rice, sugar, etc. Has anybody else had success in this? I'm also going to start exercising a lot. I've got quite a ways to go before my wedding, and I really don't want to be disappointed if I don't make my goal! Any suggestions or encouragement are welcome!
