Ok I know this is stupid. But how do you get the countdowns to appear when you are posting. like days til wedding and weight loss. I can't figure it out!!!

For the weight loss counter I got mine from myfitnesspal.com...it's hooked up to my account so when I weigh in there it reflects it on the counter.
