Workout Accountability: Wednesday

Morning!

I was exhausted yesterday after work; I passed right out on my commute home. So yeah, I really did not feel like running.  Luckily FI got home 5 minutes after me and I begged him to walk with me because I was lacking all motivation to move.  We walked for about 20 minutes and then he waited on a bench for me while I ran a 5K.  

I think I might sign up for my first 5K race next weekend...but I keep going back and forth on it.  I've never run in an actual race before, so I'm kind of intimidated even though i have no problem running that distance. We'll see.

Tonight I'm lifting and doing the elliptical.

How did everyone else do?
