d - chicken/veggie/soyaki stir fry

e - something jillian

There will be some coffee in the mix too!! Rainy days and Mondays...

    I hurt.  From the waist down I just hurt! (see next thread up)  I'm also crazy dehydrated, so I'll be guzzling water today.

    B: PB Banan shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: plain FF yogurt w/ protein powder and pecans
    L: mixed salad greens w/ cherry tomatoes and some sort of protein (need to hit the grocery store at lunch)
    S: 1% cottage cheese w/ whole unsated cashews
    D: either homemade pizza or tilapia w/ asparagus and brown rice.  quite a difference.\

    E: taking a rest day.

     So tired....

    B - Rice crispies with milk and yogurt
    S - Yogurt & handful of almonds
    L - Not a clue...soup and a pita maybe...? I dunno.  Too tired!!
    D - Baked chicken with roasted red potatoes and asparagus.

    E - Not feeling well, I think dad gave me his cold...I'm so stuffed up and cough-y, so I'm taking the day off.

    blah - i hate mondays.  and rainy mondays are even worse.

    d - tbd.  on my own tonight.  probably a frozen meal.  maybe cereal or waffles.

    e - 4 fast miles walking DVD tonight, since i overslept this morning.

    b- 1/2 matzo cracker with peanut butter (i don't celebrate passover or anything, but I love matzo crackers...I'm always excited to see them out on display at the store!), glass of skim milk

    B- 2 eggs, 2 slices wheat toast, 1 slice cheese, coffee
    S- greek yogurt with almonds
    L- natural p butter and low sugar jelly, handful of sour cream and onion 'quakes'
    D- grilled chicken with bbq sauce, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato 'fries'

    E- NONE!!!!  I am still in SERIOUS pain from Saturday morning workout...definately over did it witht he weights/lunges :(
