Im sorry to butt in....I just wanted to say that stephie I saw your husband at the 24 hour gym in rockwall the other day It was weird seeing someone in person when you have seen their wedding photos and stuff haha I was telling my fiance and he was like "who is stephanie and ben?" haha

Chelsea that's hilarious!  He works out there once or twice a week. Actually, yes, I just left there myself.  I changed my hours to 10-7 so now I can work out there in the mornings. 

Mariah no, I didn't get your email.  That is weird.  It's Ok, I just wanted your opinion on something, but I finally just emailed Annie and she helped me out.  Thanks!

This is the only thread I have been on that the girls are not rude! Every other board should be called snarky brides except this one haha

They got mad because I closed a discussion -- but Annie totally said I did the right thing.  It was going nowhere good.  I knew it was coming.  I wanted Mariah's take on it first but just decided to use my own judgment.  Profanity was used and it had taken a negative turn.  That was the only criteria I needed IMO.

Agreed! i read the discussion and it was only escalating more anger and going no where productive....Good call!

I'm going to have to agree that this is the nicest board... I went on another board and was so thrown off by how mean and nasty the girls can be... it's just not constructive.  Or maybe my little southern heart can't take it... either way... thank goodness for this board!

I just read through those threads. I don't get why they would feel the need to attack someone asking a beauty related question on a BEAUTY board. What on earth do they think that board is for?

I don't understand why Amoro had to get so offended...if you don't like it then leave....you were already married anyways so what is the point in you hanging around since you are not giving good advice only trying to instigate issues others. A majority of couple don't make it to 25 years!  And so what if she wants to be particular about what color nail polish she has on? It's her prerogative!  Sheesh, people can be so mean.  If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.    Like my momma said.

Aww, thanks I appreciate it.  I'm going to stay out of the thread myself though since it's important that I remain neutral on that board.  And I may have been hasty--that was the question that I had.  I just didn't see the point.  As long as I moderate that board, it will remain positive and on-topic and the drama will have to be taken elsewhere.

So, while I think Amoro was rude and took it too far, I also think she had a point....the lady WAS over thinking the nail polish.  Bring the dress into the nailshop, put it up against some of the colors and see what looks best.  It's not that hard. 

But that's just me.

Oh I agree--it was all over the top.  I just didn't like the catfighting.  I mean, where else was it going to go really?

Maybe I overreacted.  Oh well, live and learn!

I don't think you over-reacted.  It wouldn't have stopped until Twinsmommy or whatever her SN is GBCK'ed.  But she (twinsmommy) also then went over to Snarky Brides and started something for no reason with them.   Seriously, there was no reason for the fighting....Amoro could have been nicer about the whole thing but twinsmommy also kept the fight going by acting holier than thou.
