Wednesday Accountability

I drugged myself to sleep last night, so today is better than yesterday!

B: oats w/  vanilla protein powder, cinamon, pumpkin pie spice, ground flax and a touch of maple syrup (was only ok), coffee w/ skim milk
S: 2 yogurt cups
L: tomato garden vegetable soup w/ toast
S: carrots and hummus
D: TBD

E: I will do this today.  FBB Dial It In phase, A2
PW: chocolate raspberry protein shake.

    B: coffee with almond milk, peach
    S: pear
    L: tofu scramble and toast
    S: protein shake (protein powder, almond milk, light choc. soy milk, banana, ice)
    D: BBQ veggie riblets and brussel sprouts
    S: not sure yet

    E: P90X Kenpo (busy day so I'm switching today's workout, yoga, with Friday's, Kenpo)

  • Really rainy, crappy day here today. Hopefully it doesn't flood too badly in my neighborhood and I will be able to make it to Zumba tonight...

    B - everything bagel thin w/ 1 T 1/3 LF mixed veggie cream cheese
    S - banana
    L - 4 slices chicken breast on honey wheat wrap w/ 2T hummus, .6 oz feta, baby spinach and 1T salsa
    S - celery sticks w/ 1.5 T 1/3 LF mixed veggie cream cheese
    D - 8 Wegmans shrimp tempura rolls
    S - chocolate raspberry Luna bar if I make it to Zumba; if not, nothing

    E - 2.5 mi run on treadmill at 2%, 1 hr Zumba

  • I'm so boring with my eats. When I move out of my apartment, go back home, then graduate, go back home again, and get knee deep into wedding planning, I promise my eats will be alot more interesting (hah).

    B - overnight oats w/ vanilla greek yogurt, oats, splash of milk, 1/3rd banana, pumpkin + coffee
    S - 1/3rd banana w/ smear of almond butter
    L - whole wheat wrap w/ turkey, hummus, and spinach + broccoli slaw
    S - apple
    D - lean cuisine

    E - since I didn't elliptical last night (choose to walk on the treadmill for 1.5 hours while watching glee), I will do that today since I'm really sore from body attack on monday still.

  • I've been mia from the accountability threads for a few days, haven't really been on TK too much. Busy, busy!

    B- blueberry special k, banana, coffee
    L- Perhaps falafel. Not sure yet (lunch w. a friend)
    S- cinnamon applesauce
    D- salad, carrots, tangerine, soup

    E- going to try to run if I can get used to this cold weather we've had all of a sudden. either that or/and 30 day shred.

  • Morning!  Turkey sausage gnocchi soup was yummy for dinner last night.  And breakfast.  And will be for lunch, lol.  Probably skipping the gym tonight, as I've gone 3 out of the last 4 days.  I *might* try to start the NROL4W at home. 

    B- zoup
    S- chobani yogurt
    L- soup, mango, granola apple cup thing
    S- not sure
    D- TBD

    E- Probably rest day, maybe start NROL4W
