hey all, just wanted to share with you what my fiance and I are doing.
He is coming home in 2 weeks from his deployment (finally). We are a very active couple who loves to workout and play sports. We workout about 5 times a week and play sports. However, we are going to do something different now. We will be working out together 4 times a week (during the work week). Morning cardio before work and night time lifting because it works with our schedule. On sundays we are planning to make this our fun activity day. Each sunday we will do a different activity. We will go hiking, play racquetball, tennis, go rock climbing, go skiing for the day, run a 5k, 10k, etc.
Thought it would be fun to share it with you all, Sunday Funday's will be a staple in our home's, maybe some of you will like it too:)
