My favorite afternoon snacks are fruit and special K bars... I am keeping fit by walking/running 4 to 5 times a week...

Favorite afternoon snack is definitely a peach and some yogurt.

As far as staying fit, I really am just trying to get myself to the gym everyday. I am also looking into doing P90X.

My favorite afternoon snack is a bag of Kellogg's baked chips, and I try to stay fit by drinking plenty of water everday and exercising at least 3 times per week!
