Fiance and I are both trying to shed some pounds before the upcoming wedding, i am trying to make a grocery list and i'm struggling! we both work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) so we both pack a dinner to take to work. We usually try to eat lunch at home before leaving for work and breakfast is always small like a bagel or ceral or yogurt. Anyone have any good recipes or ideas? I especially love something i can make over night in the crockpot and then have the following day for lunch, and left overs cn always be taken to work!! i'm just clueless as to what i even need to put on this grocery list!!
