  • Last week was a hot mess.  I ate crap, I didn't feel well and I barely worked out.  I am afraid to get on the scale tomorrow (and might not).  So I'm hoping to get back on track this week!

    B: fiber one muffin, yogurt with ground flax seed (3)
    L: salad with chicken and veggies, string cheese, TLC bar (7)
    S: baby carrots, apple (1)
    D: probably turkey burgers, corn on the cob, veggies (7)

    E: HIIT treadmill 30 min, weights, abs and pushups

  • I lost 2.6 lbs this week at WI!!!! That brings me OVER the 50 lb mark to a total of 51 lbs!!!!!!! Woo hoo! I'm on the second half of my weight loss journey now! Laughing

    H and I started P90X lean version yesterday. Ouch... Core Synergistics hurts.

    B: sandwich thin (1), 2 egg whites + 2 T egg beaters (.5), 1 oz lean ham (1), 1 slice lf cheese (1), blackberry peach smoothie (2)
    S: 1 slice whole wheat (.5), 1 oz turkey (.5), avocado (1)
    L: 1.5 c lf black bean soup (2), 2 c mixed greens (0), bell pepper (0), 1 T lf balsamic vinegarette (1), pear (1)
    S: hawaiian delight smoothie (3.5)
    D: 5 oz grilled flank steak (6), green beans (0), roasted bell pepper (0), wild rice (2), WW latte bar (1)

    E: P90X Cardio X

  • I'm right there with you @cara! It was my birthday this weekend, FI and I are moving so meals are not regulated very well. I might not WI oN Weds. and just go to the meeting....

  • This weekend was also a mess for me!  Friday I just ate whatever was around since we were recovering from a flooded basement.  Saturday we had SIL in town to celebrate her bday.  We went out for Mexican and I drank WAY too much.  Apparently I thought I was still in college or something.  I started P90X classic today, so I think I'm going to take a break from the scale and pay more attention to the measuring tape for the first month.  There's going to be a lot of water retention based on my current soreness level after day 1.

    B: PB banana smoothie (5)
    L: pasta salad (6)
    S: cherries (1) nectarine (1)
    D: chicken sausage (3) with sauce (2) lots of veggies (0) and pasta (3)

  • Favorite-Good work!  You'll blast through the rest in no time, especially with P90X!  I think we're going to be very sore for the next 90 days-I could barely do half of what they did in Chest and Back.

  • Trust me..... Chest & Back was a breeze compared to the Core Synergistics of the lean program. Blah...... I'm excited for Cardio X today. Good luck with Plyo!
  • yeah i don't get to core synergistics til week 4.  Which is the rest week... strange to have such a hard workout during the "rest" week.
